I make Small Businesses Need AI so owners, leaders, and their teams can keep up with AI without making it a second job.

Why it exists

Small businesses deserve the same AI advantages as big companies.

Big companies have teams whose whole job is figuring out AI. Most small businesses have an owner who’s already stretched thin and employees who are already busy.

Meanwhile, there are hours of new videos every day and new tools every week, and most of it isn’t made for a business with one to 60 people. Keeping up is a second job nobody has time for.

So I do that job. I pull out the few ideas that actually help a small business and send them in plain words, three times a week, for free.

How it’s made

AI helps me research. I review every issue.

  • Scan the noise

    AI helpers go through new YouTube videos, posts on X and LinkedIn, and blogs every day, and flag what might matter to a small business.

  • Keep only what helps

    Ideas have to be useful for a team of one to about 60, doable this week, and explained in plain words. Most things don’t make the cut.

  • I review every issue

    I read and approve every issue before it goes out. I check facts, prices, and links, and fix what’s wrong.

  • Sponsors are always labeled

    Sponsors keep the newsletter free. They’re clearly marked, and they never decide what I recommend.
